Jill joined the IPTAY staff in 2009 and now serves as an accountant and fiscal analyst. Her primary responsibilities include the oversight of matching gifts and tax letter requests. Prior to joining IPTAY, Jill served with the Clemson University Foundation and worked with gifts of stock for the university and IPTAY.
Jill graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Management and a minor in Marketing. During her time at Clemson, Jill was chosen to participate in the Walt Disney World College Program. Out of 1000 applicants, Jill was one of the 6 chosen from Clemson. While working at Walt Disney World, she received the D.R.E.A.M (Disney Resort Experiences Are Magic) pin which is worn for cast member excellence. Jill is now pursuing a master's degree at Clemson University.Jill currently resides in Clemson, SC and loves giving back to the community. She is involved with her favorite charity, The Mother Bear Project, which is dedicated to providing comfort and hope to children affected by HIV/AIDS in emerging nations, by giving them a gift of love in the form of a hand-knit or crocheted bear. Not only does she love hand making teddy bears for the MBP, she also enjoys making items such as warm hats, mittens, and blankets for the less-fortunate in Clemson. She also makes hand-knit items for babies born too soon and for those in NICU.
